My first "preemptive" spanking

The above picture is exactly how I was feeling when my husband told me to bend over the bed today.  I had just showered and was looking for clothes to wear while simultaneously picking up upstairs and doing laundry.  He had asked me what I was doing, and when I told him, his response was "Get on the bed, head down ass up."  "What?!" I asked,"I was just cleaning, and I wasn't trying to give you attitude!"  He never changes his mind once he thinks I need to be spanked, so I complied even though I thought it was totally unfair.  I heard him open the side table drawer, then some rummaging around.  Then, the first strike of the big wood paddle.  Frickin' ouch! Okay, so this is a weird one, even for me.  I sometimes take a muscle relaxer for some of the medical issues I face,  and Wednesday this week I ended up using one.  I only use them when I can't stand the symptoms anymore and I want to chew my own arm off. They are potent, so I only took a half but I still had to deal with the side effects of the pill: feeling quite loopy and groggy.  I also don't drink often, but my sweet husband had brought me a beer home from the store and it sounded good, so when he asked if I wanted it I said "Sure, thanks honey.  That sounds great!"  Now, before you begin mentally chastising me, the pill hadn't quite kicked in yet at that point, and we had both forgotten that I had taken it.  Still, I should have known better: it was truly dorky behavior.  Within an hour of drinking one beer I could hardly stand up and could NOT stop yawning.

Ladies: Are You an Askhole, or do You Know One?

As the submissive partner in a DD relationship, I find myself seeking my husband's counsel on occasion.  Whether it's about my choice of clothing, what we should have for dinner, or a more pertinent issue, I resolve to take his advise before I even ask.  I think that it quite undermines an HOH's sense of "being at the helm of the ship" so to speak, if his opinions are taken lightly.

For those of you ladies who prefer to keep parts of your body hairless (or if your husband prefers anyway) I have just made a batch of sugar wax and it was so simple and cheap that I couldn't help but want to share!  I made my own reusable waxing strips out of some leftover cotton I had from an old sewing project. Asking for it

I got spanked today.  No, I wasn't in trouble, it was a "medicine" spanking.  I have a medical condition that causes severe pain in my muscles and joints, and there are few effective treatments for it.  The treatments there are happen to have pretty bad side effects as well, so I choose not to take them.  Quite by accident, I found out that when my husband spanks me (it has to be fairly hard and at least a couple of minutes) the pain in my joints is drastically reduced for at least several hours! I have no idea why this is so, or how it works but I am thankful to have a pain-reliever that has no harmful side effects. Yes, it hurts.  But I'll take a few minutes of hot buns to avoid raw aching pain all over with every move I make (but ask me right before i am to be spanked and I'm not so sure!)  So in order for me to live with as little pain as possible, he administers spankings to my bouncing behind at least every other day, sometimes multiple times in a day.
